Mill Brook Valley Maintenance Corporation

The Mill Brook Valley Maintenance Corporation (MBVMC) was established in 1973 to protect the long term beauty and tranquility of Mill Brook Valley.  MBVMC oversees and enforces the Declaration of Protective Covenants and Easements and the By-Laws and Guidelines for Site Development at Mill Brook Valley.  Mill Brook Valley itself is the valley at the end of Mill Brook Road (in Thornton, NH) comprised of more than 100 parcels of land and several common areas for the private use of its owners and their guests.
